1) How soon will my order ship?
Orders will ship within 72 hours of order receipt. If you need your order to ship sooner, we are happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Please list any special dates or shipping requirements in the “special order instructions” section on the shopping cart page and we will make every effort to meet your needs. Any order received after 2pm PST will be processed the next business day.
2) How do I place an order that needs to ship internationally?
Due to fluctuating duties and taxes, we ask that all international orders be placed by phone. Please call 1.800.884.9966 or 408.379.1200 and ask for Jennifer Walsh or email jennifer@flyinglogo.com to place your order.
3) What if I need to return something I’ve ordered?
We will gladly accept returns of unused merchandise. Simply call 1.800.884.9966 or 408.379.1200, or email jennifer@flyinglogo.com, to get a RMA# and further return instructions.
4) How can I find out the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive confirmation of shipment along with a tracking number via email. If you would like additional information, call 1.800.884.9966 or 408.379.1200 or email jennifer@flyinglogo.com for a status update.
5) What if an item I want is on backorder?
We make every effort to have merchandise available; however, if you find that an item you want is on backorder, please call 1.800.884.9966 or 408.379.1200 or email jennifer@flyinglogo.com to find out when your merchandise will be ready to ship. Chances are your wait will be very short!
